Một số đặc điểm dịch tễ và bệnh lý lâm sàng bệnh Care ở chó tại thành phố Bắc Giang, tỉnh Bắc Giang

Abstract

Bệnh Care (Canine Distemper) là bệnh truyền nhiễm cấp tính do virus gây ra ở chó. Qua kiểm tra 1518 chó bệnh được mang đến khám tại Phòng khám Thú y thành phố Bắc Giang có 183 chó mắc bệnh Care, chiếm 12,06%. Chó nhập ngoại có tỷ lệ mắc bệnh Care cao hơn chó nội: có 161/1268 chó ngoại mắc bệnh Care (chiếm 12,70%) và 22/250 chó nội mắc bệnh Care (8,80%). Những giống chó có vóc dáng nhỏ bé thường mắc bệnh Care với tỷ lệ cao hơn những giống chó có vóc dáng to lớn (chó Fox mắc 28,89%, chó Chihuahua mắc 24,17%; chó Berger chỉ mắc 4,13% và chó Rottweiler mắc thấp nhất: 3,40%). Tỷ lệ chó mắc bệnh Care cao nhất ở lứa tuổi 2 - 6 tháng (14,50%) và mắc nhiều nhất vào mùa Xuân (14,36%). Chó mắc bệnh Care có các triệu chứng lâm sàng đặc trưng: sốt, nôn
mửa, chảy dịch mũi xanh, viêm kết mạc mắt, tiêu chảy màu cà phê; kiểm tra máu thấy số lượng hồng cầu và bạch cầu giảm rõ rệt; kiểm tra bệnh tích đại thể thấy phổi viêm, hạch lâm ba sưng, ruột loét và xuất huyết, thận, lách và gan xuất huyết; các bệnh tích vi thể bao gồm: lông nhung ruột đứt nát, thâm nhiễm tế bào viêm; phổi, ruột xuất huyết.

ABSTRACT
Canine Distemper is an acute infectious disease induced by viruses in dogs. Among 1518 sick dogs which were brought to veterinary clinics in Bac Giang city, the Canine Distemper suspected dogs were 183, equally to 12.06%. The prevelence of the disease in foreign breeds was higher than that of domestic dogs. There were 161 in 1268 foreign dogs were infected with Canine Distemper (12.70%), while there were 22 in 250 domestic dogs were infected (8.80%). The prevelence of the disease in small size breeds was higher than that of big size dogs (Fox breed dogs infected 28.89%; Chihuahua breed dogs infected 24.17%; Berger breed dogs infected 4.13% only and Rottweiler breed dogs infected lowest with 3.40%). Among different ages of dogs, the highest Canine Distemper
prevelence were observed in 2 to 6 month old (14.50%). In addition, spring was the season that in which this disease usually occurred (14.36%). Dogs infected with Canine Distemper have typical clinical symptoms such as fever, vomiting, green nasal discharge, ocular conjunctivitis, coffee-like color diarrhea, nodules and keratosis in foot. In blood tests, decrement in the numbers of red and white blood cells were observed. The main lesions were lung inflammation, swollen lymphadenopathy, intestinal ulcer and hemorrhage, kidney, spleen and liver hemorrhage. In microscopic lesions, broken intestinal villus and inflammatory cell infiltrates, lung and intestine hemorrhage were observved.
